How Project Progress Works

Create Project #

  • Create a new project.
  • There will always be zero percent progress in a new project.

GC Factors Used in Progress Bar #

Blueprint #

  • Go to blueprint.
  • Make blueprint and save.
  • Go to details tab.
  • Click View progress and Check GC percentage.
  • Progress will increase by 20% when blueprint is created.

Bids #

  • Calculation: (16/Total Number of Jobs in Project) *Total Accepted Bid in Project.
  • Each Job should have bid.
  • Each Bid should be accepted.
  • There will be an increase of 16% progress on acceptance of all bids in project

Cost Of object #

  • Calculation: (16/Total Number of Jobs in Project) *total Objects added form blueprint.
  • Object cost should be added in each job.
  • 16% progress increase on adding object cost to each job.

Cost of material #

  • Calculation: (16/Total Number of Jobs in Project) *Total added material in Project.
  • Material cost should be added in each job.
  • 16% progress increase on adding material cost to each job.

Permits #

  • Calculation: (16/Total Number of Jobs in Project) *Total added permits in Project.
  • Permit should be added in each job.
  • There will be 16% increase on adding a permit to each job.

Calendar #

  • Calculation: (16/total Created Event) *Total completed Event
  • 16% increase on completion of all events.

Job Task #

  • Calculation: (100/ Total Number of assigned tasks in a job) *Total Accepted Task.
  • Each Job have 100% progress by accepting each task.
